About the Role
We are looking for the first dedicated Business Development Manager to expand Ovoko’s presence in the Polish automotive industry and used car parts market. Based in Vilnius, this role will engage directly with top Polish clients to drive growth and build partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively manage relationships with Polish-speaking B2B buyers
- →Collect and share structured feedback from top clients
- →Qualify buyers' potential and proactively upsell where applicable
- →Identify and onboard high-potential French B2B buyers
- →Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to first orders
- →Guide clients through the platform’s value proposition
- →Help drive GMV growth through commercial experiments
- →Represent Ovoko in Polish automotive business events
Requirements
- ✓Native or fluent Polish and fluent English
- ✓2+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account management
- ✓Hands-on and self-driven executor
- ✓Eagerness to build a new business area
- ✓Great interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Previous experience in automotive or marketplace is an advantage
- ✓Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- ✓Ability to travel to Poland for business events
