About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join Cast AI's Platform Team. This role involves building and maintaining the critical internal foundation that powers CAST AI's product, enabling engineering teams to focus on features rather than infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain the internal platform that serves as the foundation for CAST AI's product
→Work on Infrastructure-as-Code, defining clear boundaries between core and team-specific infrastructure
→Rework CD pipelines to be more reliable, flexible, and scalable for the company's growth
→Improve the reliability and scalability of the internal observability platform (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo)

Requirements

✓Software engineering skills, ideally with Go
✓Experience in platform engineering with technologies like CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code tools, and container orchestration tooling
✓Experience with IaaS building blocks in AWS, Azure, or GCP
✓Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
✓Physically located in any European country with GMT 0 to GMT +3 timezone
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
✓A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a 'yes, we can' attitude.
