About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge web data gathering solutions for Fortune 500 companies. This role will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping them get the most out of Webshare while providing valuable insights to our product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βBe one of the first points of contact for our customers, both existing and potential, who have any questions or feedback;
- βHelp in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate team;
- βShare customer suggestions with the Product Team to help shape what we build;
- βImprove our FAQs and support macros to make self-service even better;
- βTrain and refine our AI chatbot to handle more queries accurately;
- βPropose automation ideas and workflow improvements;
- βMonitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews.
Requirements
- βFluent English;
- βPrevious customer support experience;
- βStrong communication skills;
- βComfortable adapting to change and handling pressure;
- βProblem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively;
- βExperience with Intercom automations (nice to have);
- βDocumentation or knowledge base writing experience (nice to have).
