About the Role
We are looking for a versatile professional to act as the operational right-hand for the Chief of Staff. This role combines focus on operational support, internal communication, and project management to increase the effectiveness of the Chief of Staff and the wider organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the right hand to the Chief of Staff, managing key priorities across the organization
- →Provide hands-on executive support to the Chief of Staff and leadership team
- →Own internal communication channels (Slack, Confluence) and create key content
- →Prepare content and presentations for company-wide or leadership meetings
- →Support the OKR planning & execution process by tracking progress and preparing presentations
- →Manage small to medium-scale projects and internal initiatives
- →Lead cultural and operational projects
- →Assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups
- →Improve and document organizational processes
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in project management or 2+ years in administrative/operational/Executive assistant role
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- ✓Basic knowledge of project management principles
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ✓Strong ownership mindset and initiative
- ✓Attention to detail
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- ✓High structure and organizational skills
- ✓Curiosity
