About the Role
We are looking for a senior customer support specialist with technical experience to join our growing team at Paddle. This role involves working with technology companies to provide top-notch support, cultivate strong customer satisfaction, and ensure effective customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to and resolve customer queries through email, chat, and Twitter
- →Drive our Product Feedback program to advocate for our software sellers
- →Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through personal customer support
- →Contribute to our Knowledge Bases, FAQs, and Developer Documentation
- →Escalate critical support issues to appropriate internal channels
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in online customer support (B2C/B2B), preferably supporting a SaaS product
- ✓Proficient English speaker
- ✓Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- ✓Experience using browser developer tools to investigate issues
- ✓Experience using and testing APIs
- ✓Comfortable making basic SQL queries
- ✓Experience working remotely and communicating with teams across different time zones
- ✓Investigative mindset and ability to think out of the box
