About the Role

We are looking for a Government Contracts Specialist to join Palantir's in-house UK Government Contracts team. This role involves navigating the UK Government procurement lifecycle, managing contracts, and supporting the company's expanding portfolio of government contracts and partnerships. You will collaborate with various internal teams to provide expertise in government contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Shape and implement contract management strategy and best practices across UK Government contracts
→Manage day-to-day operations of existing contracts including negotiation, drafting, and closing
→Track and report on compliance with contract requirements and guide stakeholders
→Handle the entire procurement lifecycle for new and existing opportunities
→Build and manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, and government representatives
→Stay updated on relevant procurement frameworks and learn new ones as needed
→Assist in strategy development for new business opportunities

Requirements

✓4+ years of government contracting and contract management experience
✓Understanding of UK Government procurement practices and policies
✓Familiarity with software licensing and services pricing models
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
✓Strong project management skills to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
✓Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
✓Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
✓Availability outside standard business hours for urgent matters
