About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join Palmetto, a leading clean tech company focused on accelerating the transition to clean energy. This role will serve as a generalist across our Business Operations team, supporting both strategic and tactical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- βSupport the Business Operations team in reviewing and assessing new ideas through our investment evaluation process
- βPartner with Business Unit Leaders to unlock insights and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- βSupport the Business Operations team to refresh OKRs semi-annually and create seamless reporting through operating scorecards
- βManage top priority projects, creating reporting mechanisms and surfacing insights proactively
- βBuild cross-functional relationships and establish foundations of trust as a business partner
Requirements
- β5+ years of work experience in high-growth startups with a track record of using data to drive business impact
- βAbility to operate proactively and independently with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and bias for action
- βDeep experience in manipulating, streamlining, and simplifying large data sets into concise strategic insights
- βAdvanced data skills in Excel, Sheets, and Looker
- βExperience working in a high-growth environment with the ability to wear multiple hats and adjust processes as the company scales
- βUndergraduate degree strongly preferred
