About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across priority business segments at Palmetto, a leading clean tech company. This role requires strong ownership and the ability to manage complex searches with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage full cycle recruiting in key business segments with minimal direction
→Build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders to align hiring plans
→Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
→Use recruiting data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
→Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and manager experience
→Create and promote an inclusive and engaging candidate experience
→Negotiate and extend offers to candidates

Requirements

✓4-6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✓Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and recruiting analytics
✓Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity
✓Strong sense of ownership and initiative
✓Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
✓Data driven and analytical
✓Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills
✓Strong prioritization and time management skills
