About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across priority business segments at Palmetto, a leading clean tech company. This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex searches with minimal direction while partnering with hiring leaders.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage full cycle recruiting in key business segments with minimal direction
→Build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders to align hiring plans with team goals
→Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to proactively build diverse, high-quality pipelines
→Use recruiting data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
→Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and manager experience
→Create and promote an inclusive and engaging candidate experience
→Negotiate and extend offers to candidates

Requirements

✓4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or mission-driven companies
✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✓Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and recruiting analytics
✓Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity
✓Strong sense of ownership and initiative
✓Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
