About the Role
We are looking for a Post-Sales Operations Manager to drive the expansion of our business. This role will contribute to PandaDoc's accelerated growth by supporting Post-Sales teams and leading strategic cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze, create, and implement new business processes for operational excellence in Account Management & Customer Experience
- →Expand and iterate upon scalable, repeatable processes and contribute to business strategy
- →Lead cross-functional strategic projects that impact Net Dollar Retention
- →Own our CX & AM tech stack, influencing roadmap decisions and improving workflows
- →Set and report on measurable goals in partnership with leadership
- →Utilize levers across people, processes, and technology to drive measurable impact
- →Drive cross-functional alignment between Customer Experience, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
- →Build a collaborative environment for faster issue resolution
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience delivering operational excellence through process and technology optimization
- ✓Experience in Customer or Revenue operations, or relevant work in Strategy & Operations
- ✓Creative problem-solver and project manager who can balance multiple projects
- ✓Functions independently with a high degree of accountability
- ✓Data-driven mindset with reporting skills
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaborator with stakeholder management abilities
- ✓Strong proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Apps, AI, Salesforce
- ✓Solid understanding of SaaS customer acquisition and growth
