About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to join PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology. You will play a crucial role in defining the user experience by translating customer insights and research into intuitive, engaging, and innovative designs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather deep insights that inform design strategies
- →Contribute to the design of complex product areas such as dashboards, configuration flows, permissions, and user management
- →Work closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate user experience into the overall product strategy
- →Champion best practices in UX and accessibility across the organization
- →Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies, applying new ideas to enhance the product experience
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in UX design, ideally within SaaS or digital technology environments
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- ✓Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data
- ✓Experience with industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma
- ✓Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI/UX trends
- ✓Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively
- ✓Fluency in English and Serbian language
