About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will take full ownership of backend system design and development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect, design, and implement robust backend solutions in Java to support new features and products.
- →Lead end-to-end projects, owning the entire development cycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- →Optimize performance and scalability by conducting code reviews, optimizing databases, and fine-tuning microservices.
- →Ensure code quality and best practices by establishing and enforcing coding standards, testing strategies, and documentation.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps.
- →Troubleshoot and debug issues in production, implementing long-term fixes and proactively preventing downtime.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- ✓Strong understanding of Spring/Spring Boot frameworks, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
- ✓Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and knowledge of database performance optimization.
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from concept to deployment.
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems in production environments.
