About the Role
We are looking for an AI Workflow Developer to design and implement sophisticated AI workflows and agentic systems that automate complex business processes. This role requires working closely with both AI engineering teams and leadership to develop scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work on design and implementation of sophisticated AI workflows and agentic systems that automate complex business processes
- →Design and operationalize scalable AI systems, ensuring robust integration with technology stack, data infrastructure, and business workflows
- →Collaborate with product and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation
- →Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI approaches before full implementation
- →Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns for AI development
- →Contribute to the company's AI strategy and roadmap in partnership with leadership
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems
- ✓Strong Python programming skills with experience in modern AI frameworks and libraries
- ✓Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, fine-tuning, and agentic AI architectures
- ✓Experience building production AI systems that solve real business problems at scale
- ✓Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization technologies
- ✓Strong system design skills with experience building distributed and fault-tolerant applications
- ✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers
