About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join PayJoy, a mission-first credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets. This role is responsible for driving PayJoy’s highest-priority sales growth initiatives by strengthening field execution systems and building high-performing merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strengthen field execution and selling systems across the sales organization
- →Design and operationalize the Hero Merchant program
- →Build and accelerate the merchant network expansion engine
- →Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and other teams
- →Analyze merchant- and city-level performance to identify bottlenecks
- →Build scalable playbooks, operating cadences, and SOPs
- →Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure priority growth initiatives move from strategy to field adoption
- →Champion continuous improvement in merchant productivity, sales discipline, and execution rigor
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or similar
- ✓5+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue programs, BizOps, growth, or field execution roles
- ✓Strong analytical skills and comfort operating through KPIs, funnels, and CRM systems
- ✓Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex projects end-to-end
- ✓Structured problem solver with the ability to diagnose execution bottlenecks
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Self-driven, results-oriented, and energized by dynamic, high-change environments
- ✓Comfortable engaging directly with frontline merchants and sales execution realities
