About the Role
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our lean, high-impact legal team. This role involves administering equity programs, supporting corporate governance, and managing legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer the company's equity program in Shareworks, including option grants, exercises, and terminations
- →Prepare Board of Directors exhibits for stock option approvals and enter approved grants into Shareworks
- →Coordinate employee stock option exercises with employees and outside counsel to issue stock certificates
- →Generate and distribute equity reports for cross-functional teams
- →Support General Counsel with Board meeting preparation
- →Maintain corporate records and entity documentation
- →Manage outbound signature workflows for the organization
- →Process and route incoming legal mail and correspondence
- →Handle subpoena intake and coordinate responses
- →Manage employee termination tickets requiring legal action
- →Prepare responses to UCC lien notices and trademark notices
- →Monitor and triage CCPA and privacy alias emails
- →Assist with NDA review using established playbooks
- →Support special projects and company-wide initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Solid background in corporate governance
- ✓Experience with equity administration and Shareworks
- ✓Ability to work closely with attorneys and cross-functional partners
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Interest in legal operations is a bonus
