About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Workforce Management (WFM) business unit at Payoneer. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively seek new business opportunities to engage and build relationships with potential customers globally
- →Research, identify, and prospect for new customers, collecting relevant information about prospects
- →Nurture and qualify leads who have shown interest in our company's products
- →Reach out to potential customers through cold calling via phone, email, and social media
- →Present our company to potential prospects, identify their needs, and suggest appropriate products/services
- →Set up quality lead meetings for Account Executives
- →Provide detailed notes on prospect interactions and deal insights
- →Consistently achieve assigned lead generation quotas and performance goals
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development roles
- ✓Self-starter with proven success in competitive and results-driven environment
- ✓Ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients
- ✓Passionate about all aspects of lead generation, including cold-calling and social selling
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Experience working in a fast-growth/startup environment is preferred
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- ✓Prior experience selling to HR Leaders globally is preferred
- ✓Ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects across multiple geographies and cultures
- ✓Willingness to work at flexible timing
