About the Role
Payoneer is seeking a Finance Analyst (APAC) to join their fast-growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and contribute to financial analysis, bookkeeping, and payroll processes across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform financial analysis, bookkeeping, and payroll tasks
- →Manage vendor invoices and payments
- →Assist with local purchasing requests and procurement
- →Post journal entries in ERP systems
- →Support management with clerical and administrative tasks
- →Help manage payroll across Asia Pacific
- →Contribute to financial projects and process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business studies or professional accountancy qualification
- ✓Minimum of 3 years experience as Bookkeeper/Accountant/Finance Analyst
- ✓Strong knowledge of general bookkeeping and purchasing functions
- ✓Excellent written and spoken English
- ✓Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- ✓Proactive, service-oriented, and able to multitask
- ✓Team player who can work independently
- ✓Strong PC and accounting software skills, especially Excel
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) preferred
- ✓Experience in cross-border e-commerce or online payment industry an advantage
