Role Summary As a Senior Analyst in the FP&A team, you will serve as a key financial advisor for our platform division. In this position, you will work directly with our FP&A Manager, leading the R&D organization Opex budget, driving the full lifecycle of strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis. You will be instrumental in developing and tracking the KPIs that measure our innovation’s financial health. The person in this role will succeed by synthesizing large datasets into precise financial models. They will thrive by providing proactive variance analysis and "what-if" modeling, serving as a strategic advisor who ensures R&D leadership makes data-driven decisions. What you’ll do: • Lead and consolidate Opex planning process for the R&D organization - including annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts. • Support HC planning and allocation between activities. • Analyze actual Opex results vs. plan/forecast, explain key variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency. • Analyze large financial datasets, discover underlying business drivers and provide high-level summaries for executive decision-making. • Collaborate closely with R&D and global Finance teams to ensure total alignment on spending, investment priorities, and resource utilization • Monitor and approve PO and PR requests, followed by monthly review of expenses and expense accruals. • Provide financial modeling and analyses to support decision making. • Support global business teams with ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment Who you are?  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles, ideally supporting R&D functions in a global tech environment. Experience in public companies, fintech, or payments is a plus. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling and forecasting skills. • Detail driven and hands on, while still maintaining a broad, strategic, and global perspective. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively with different stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. • Comfortable working across time zones and in a global, matrixed environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant degree, MBA strongly preferred #LI-PB1 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.
