Senior Customer Success Manager
Role summary - Drive SMB customer success in China by accelerating Payoneer product adoption, strengthening key relationships, and expanding usage through proactive engagement in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do
• Oversee and manage existing client relationships while proactively building long‑term partnerships. Through strong client engagement, identify business opportunities and collaboratively develop value propositions that drive retention, up‑selling, and cross‑selling.
• Maintain a solid understanding of client profiles and business dynamics, stay responsive to changes in client needs, and effectively leverage internal and external resources to deliver tailored solutions that maximize long‑term client value.
• Maintain and exceed revenue and upselling targets from our direct business.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all customer activities within the CRM platform.
• Develop and document business success stories and client case studies.
• Review existing processes and proactively propose improvements to drive client growth and market penetration.
Who you are
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, account management, business development, or related fields.
• Native Mandarin with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, develop business cases, and conduct financial analysis to assess and forecast business impact.
• Strong learning agility with the ability to understand industry trends, see the big picture, and translate key business drivers into profitable growth.
• Data‑driven and highly organized, with strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, sound decision‑making skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Not a must but a great advantage
• Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM system
• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
• Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross-border trade
• Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media
• Experience with data analytics & BI tools
