About the Role
We are seeking a POS Implementation Specialist to manage and complete POS implementation projects for food and beverage operations in hotel and restaurant environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle and complete POS implementation projects for F&B operations across hotel and restaurant environments, both on-site and remotely
- →Understand and analyse customers' needs, requirements and operational workflows to install, set up and configure POS solutions on-site
- →Conduct site surveys, on-site system testing and readiness checks to ensure successful deployment
- →Provide end-user training, operational guidance and on-site technical support during go-live and post go-live
- →Prepare basic implementation documentation materials
- →Liaise with internal Product, Support and Development teams to escalate customers' additional functional requests and resolve implementation issues
- →Advise and provide answers or best practices to customers on operational and application-related questions
Requirements
- ✓Experience with POS systems in hotel and restaurant environments
- ✓Strong understanding of system and database configuration
- ✓Ability to conduct site surveys and system testing
- ✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ✓Ability to provide technical support and training
