About the Role
We are looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to elevate our office beyond day-to-day operations and transform it into a modern, high-performing workspace. This role focuses on leading the Office Management team, optimizing operational processes, and creating a seamless, productive environment that supports hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead daily operations: Manage the Office Management team and ensure all aspects of facilities, supplies, and employee amenities run seamlessly.
- →Optimize space: Use data to drive smart decisions on space utilization that reflect hybrid work realities.
- →Oversee vendors: Manage third-party partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost discipline.
- →Elevate the experience: Create an environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
- →Solve problems quickly: Address operational issues as they arise and implement long-term solutions.
Requirements
- ✓Experience: 5+ years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management within a global high-tech environment.
- ✓People Management: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administrative or operational teams.
- ✓Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex data analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting.
- ✓Problem-Solving: Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- ✓Communication: Native-level Hebrew and full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- ✓Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
