About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to create outstanding experiences for SMB merchants. This role involves assisting merchants through onboarding and daily operations, resolving queries, monitoring an SMB portfolio, and performing market and competitor analysis to shape merchant strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support merchant onboarding by gathering documents and assisting with KYC/AML processes
- →Support contract negotiation with merchants
- →Deliver initial trainings to new merchants on our PSP offering
- →Monitor SMB merchant portfolio and facilitate merchant verification for risk cases
- →Analyze market and competitors, including trends, products, features, and strategies
- →Resolve merchant queries and operational issues
Requirements
- ✓1 year of experience in sales support, customer support, or KYC role
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
- ✓Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Proactive, initiative-taking approach to identify opportunities and solve issues
- ✓Familiarity with CRM software - Salesforce is a plus
- ✓Experience in e-payments, fintech, or ecommerce is an advantage
