About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution across PCH Shopping and new ecommerce initiatives. This role owns the evolution of visual identity, campaign direction, and creative systems, ensuring all consumer touchpoints reflect PCH’s trusted brand while improving engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and evolve the visual identity across shopping and membership experiences
- →Ensure brand consistency across paid media, onsite, lifecycle, and product surfaces
- →Lead creative direction for major promotions and product initiatives
- →Partner with Growth and Retention to align creative with performance objectives
- →Build repeatable templates and production frameworks
- →Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Retention, and BI
- →Ensure creative supports business KPIs (conversion, retention, revenue)
Requirements
- ✓7–10+ years in creative leadership roles
- ✓Experience in ecommerce, consumer brands, or subscription businesses
- ✓Strong understanding of performance marketing
- ✓Proven ability to balance brand integrity with commercial goals
