Role Overview Key Responsibilities • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for system changes, enhancements, and new implementations • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear, complete, and actionable • Analyze current-state processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend practical improvements • Support the definition of future-state processes and solution approaches aligned to business objectives and system capabilities • Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented • Evaluate solution options and trade-offs, considering impacts to systems, integrations, and data • Maintain traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions • Assist in prioritization of work by clearly articulating business value, dependencies, and risks • Support cross-functional alignment by facilitating discussions, clarifying requirements, and surfacing issues early • Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring test scenarios align with documented requirements • Provide clear and timely updates on requirements status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or similar role in a technology-enabled environment • Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables • Strong understanding of business process analysis, system workflows, and solution design concepts • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams • Experience supporting technology implementations and working within cross-functional delivery environments • Familiarity with requirements management tools and agile delivery practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences • Ability to operate with moderate supervision while taking ownership of assigned work • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
