About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join Amari AI, a high-growth AI startup focused on revolutionizing logistics through automation. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems that handle real-time logistics data and AI integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and deploy production-ready services across our logistics stack
- →Take product requirements from concept to fully monitored, scalable backend services
- →Implement and refine database schemas and indexing strategies
- →Work with the AI team to build infrastructure for processing logistics datasets
- →Write tests and documentation to maintain system integrity
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of professional experience building and maintaining production systems
- ✓Proficiency in Python and experience with distributed systems
- ✓Knowledge of message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ) and cloud infrastructure
- ✓Pragmatic problem-solving approach
- ✓Ability to collaborate in-person in San Francisco
