About the Role
We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team focused on building AI agents for the logistics industry. This role involves ensuring our production environment is automated and observable, managing CI/CD pipelines, and building internal tools to support development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure uptime of our services by designing self-healing systems
- →Architect and manage robust deployment pipelines for seamless feature releases
- →Manage specialized pipelines for AI and human-in-the-loop systems
- →Manage database operations, performance tuning, backups, and compliance
- →Monitor system performance and scale infrastructure to handle traffic spikes
- →Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- →Define and implement alerting mechanisms based on Golden Signals
- →Lead the Post-Mortem process to analyze incidents and prevent recurrence
- →Build internal CLI tools, automated scripts, and status dashboards
- →Improve developer experience by making deployment processes easier
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java)
- ✓Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- ✓Deep knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- ✓Good-level knowledge of GCP
- ✓Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
