Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers
- →Coordinate recruitment processes including defining requirements, sourcing applicants, and scheduling interviews
- →Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes including HRIS setup and background checks
- →Work with the People team to manage HRIS and benefits
- →Leverage employee feedback and data insights to drive engagement initiatives
- →Identify and implement process improvements across recruiting and HR
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR operations
- ✓Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategy and HR best practices
- ✓Ability to manage multiple searches while balancing operational responsibilities
- ✓Systems mindset with focus on process improvement
- ✓Experience in high-growth startup or health-tech environments preferred
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
