We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Munich, Germany. This role focuses on driving new business across our largest EMEA accounts, with a focus on high-performing enterprise sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendo’s most strategic segment
- →Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close
- →Consistently deliver $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals
- →Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- →Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans
- →Position Pendo’s AI-powered Data & Analytics platform as a critical driver of digital transformation
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts
- →Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
Requirements
- ✓Strong track record of closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise SaaS deals
- ✓Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organisations
- ✓Background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions
- ✓Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment
- ✓Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
- ✓Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven
- ✓Fluent German and professional English
