About the Role
We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter to join Pennylane's Business Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on building and managing recruitment strategies to support our rapid growth as a leading FinTech in France.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the full cycle recruitment process for business areas
- βImprove Talent Pooling Management
- βAdvise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- βEnsure an excellent candidate experience
- βCommunicate recruitment performance through reports and data
- βChallenge and improve existing recruitment processes
- βLead or participate in various HR projects
Requirements
- βMinimum 4 years of recruitment experience in scale-ups or fast-paced companies
- βDesire to grow as an individual contributor and work with multiple stakeholders
- βNative French speaker with fluent English
- βTech-savvy with experience in ATS, LinkedIn, Automation, and Notion
