About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join our global Sales Operations team at PERGOLUX. This role will support maintaining high data quality, improving reporting structures, and enabling sales teams to operate efficiently at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and improve CRM data quality by deduplicating records and ensuring accuracy across global markets
- →Create and optimize sales reports and dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and funnel metrics
- →Support data validation processes and identify inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities
- →Assist Sales Operations and Sales Leadership with ad-hoc analyses and preparation of business reviews
- →Coordinate global sales meetings, document operational processes, and provide support for Sales Ops initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Management, or related field
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and structured way of working
- ✓Confidence working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and handling recurring data tasks
- ✓Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- ✓Interest in sales, revenue operations, business analytics, and fast-scaling international environments
