About the Role

The Account Management team at Perk is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships with customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring clients achieve success with Perk’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
→Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions to drive adoption and value
→Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs
→Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction, responding promptly to queries
→Identify growth opportunities and coordinate upsell and cross-sell initiatives
→Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests
→Maintain accurate records of account interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

✓Experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role
✓Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills
✓Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions
✓Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
✓Experience with CRM software and analytics tools is a plus
✓Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally
