About the Role
The Implementation team at Perk manages the onboarding of new clients. We are looking for a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for successfully executing and launching implementations within their portfolio. This role requires analyzing customer needs to propose tailored implementation plans and delivering a 7-star experience during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients
- βInitiate, plan, execute, control and close implementation projects
- βReview contracts, optimize resource management and validate process quality
- βServe as the first point of contact for client escalations during implementation
- βDevelop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals
- βEnsure accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized according to client and business needs
- βCommunicate complex information in an easily understandable manner
- βEnsure project team members have clear understanding of timelines, tasks, risks and issues
Requirements
- βProven track record of successfully managing projects in an international environment
- βNative or near-native German language skills
- βFluency in English (written and oral)
- βExperience implementing products to different clients
- βOrganized and structured way of working with strong analytical capabilities
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- βAbility to develop relationships with all organizational levels
