About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inbound SDR to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets in the UKI and French market. This role plays a critical part in building and nurturing our sales pipeline by promptly responding to and qualifying incoming leads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond quickly to inbound leads via website, chat, email, and marketing campaigns
- →Qualify inbound prospects and schedule consultations with Account Directors
- →Identify and assess the needs of prospective customers, providing information about Perk’s value proposition
- →Maintain accurate lead records and interactions in Salesforce
- →Develop expert knowledge of the Perk platform to answer prospect questions
- →Collaborate with marketing to improve lead flow and qualification processes
- →Engage in consultative conversations with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers
Requirements
- ✓Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Native French language skills and high English proficiency
- ✓Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with leads
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple conversations
