About the Role
Perk is seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team in North America. This high-impact role involves outbound pipeline generation, running the full sales cycle from first touch to close, and supporting post-sale experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing new business
- βGenerate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity using phone, email, and LinkedIn
- βTailor conversations and demos to customer pain points
- βMaintain a clean pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
- βPartner with Implementation and Account Management teams
- βSell to various personas including Office Managers, Finance, and HR leaders
Requirements
- β3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales with focus on outbound prospecting
- βProven hunter mindset with experience in mid-market space
- βComfort engaging with senior decision-makers
- βSelf-sufficient and organized approach to work
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- βEligibility to work in the USA
- βBased in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami
