About the Role
The Revenue Operations Manager is a strategic leader and primary business partner to Perk’s Global SDR organization, supporting North America and European SDR leadership. This role owns the SDR RevOps strategy, roadmap, and operating model, ensuring scalable processes, high-quality data, effective prospecting technology, and consistent pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary RevOps partner to Global SDR leaders in North America and Europe
- →Define and own the SDR RevOps strategy, roadmap, and priorities
- →Design and run the SDR operating cadence, including performance rhythms and productivity reviews
- →Drive end-to-end optimization of prospecting and qualification workflows
- →Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across SDR activities
- →Act as business owner for SDR prospecting and intelligence tools
- →Provide guidance and mentorship to Revenue Operations team members
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓Proven success partnering with SDR or pipeline-generation teams in high-growth organizations
- ✓Strong executive stakeholder management and business partnering with regional SDR leadership
- ✓Deep understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, activity productivity, and pipeline creation dynamics
- ✓Experience owning and optimizing SDR technology ecosystems
- ✓Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and operational scaling capabilities
- ✓Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment
