About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and knowledgeable TechOps Specialist to help build a world-class IT experience at Perk. In this role, you will be an instrumental part of every aspect of IT at Perk, responsible for everything from helping users day-to-day to delivering big projects that alter the course of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be part of a global TechOps team, supporting 1,200 Perk employees across all hubs
- →Work on tickets in our ticketing system, providing route analysis and improving processes
- →Assist with the lifecycle of Perk assets, including catalog, repair, ship, inventory, and purchasing
- →Configure and maintain MDM tools, deploying new configurations and managing applications
- →Deploy software to endpoint devices (Windows/macOS)
- →Administer Okta, creating workflows and implementing new/existing SaaS using SAML, SCIM, and APIs
- →Manage Google Workspace, including user/groups, mailboxes, mailflows, and policies
- →Maintain network infrastructure and associated systems through core skills and change management
- →Securely configure and maintain our suite of SaaS tools
- →Provide audiovisual support for meeting rooms and company events
- →Mentor junior team members, document processes, and share knowledge
- →Assist with projects within your domain
- →Liaise with third-party vendors when required
- →Provide occasional out-of-hours support
Requirements
- ✓Experienced in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt accordingly
- ✓Experienced in providing internal IT support, delivering a high-quality user experience
- ✓Operational experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- ✓Administration experience with modern MDM tools like Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
- ✓Administration experience with identity management tools like Okta and Active Directory
- ✓Administration experience with Google Workspace
- ✓Strong documentation skills
- ✓Experience managing modern SaaS tools such as Slack, Notion, Box, and Zoom
- ✓Experience supporting network infrastructure, including DHCP, LAN, WAN, DNS, and WIF
- ✓Automation and scripting experience
