About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Customer Success Manager to join our team covering the West Coast of the North American market. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of audio branding strategies for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with clients to understand their brand values, objectives, and target audience

Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B Account Management role
- ✓Unrivalled attention to detail, creativity, and initiative
- ✓Ability to spot opportunities to increase revenue within account base
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
