About the Role
We’re looking for a Professional Services Operations Manager to own and evolve the operating system of our growing paid services organization. This role brings structure, financial rigor, and systems thinking to ensure predictable services revenue, margin protection, accurate forecasting, and scalable delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end Services operating model from services scoping through revenue recognition and post-implementation handoff
- →Standardize project intake, contracting, milestones, and billing triggers
- →Build forward-looking forecasting models connecting pipeline, sold work, staffing, delivery hours, and hiring signals
- →Define and track core KPIs (utilization, margin, project health, forecast accuracy, time-to-value)
- →Design and optimize scalable Services systems ecosystem
- →Align CRM, CPQ, ERP, and Services systems to ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or business analytics in a SaaS or implementation-driven environment
- ✓Modeling expertise in Pigment, EPM-style financial planning, or similar tools
- ✓Experience with Salesforce and professional services time-tracking tools preferred
- ✓Strong analytical capability: hands-on forecasting, margin analysis, and capacity modeling
- ✓Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable operating systems
- ✓Clear cross-functional communicator across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Delivery
- ✓Comfortable operating in high-growth, high-change environments
