About the Role

The Course Developer at Ping Identity is responsible for creating engaging and technically accurate curriculum content for customer courses, certifications, and workshops. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Training team's mission to enable customers, partners, and staff to use the full functionality of Ping Identity products.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop engaging, hands-on, task-based training materials for specific technical audiences.
→Develop comprehensive student training guides, lab exercises, assessment items, and instructor teaching aids.
→Build and configure Ping Identity products to support realistic lab environments.
→Test and refine training deliverables to ensure accuracy and usability.
→Maintain and enhance existing content, making necessary adjustments and releasing timely updates.
→Provide expert technical assistance answering student inquiries over the Ping Identity for courses you support.
→Assist authorized instructors by clarifying course materials and supporting effective delivery.
→Deliver Train-The-Trainer sessions and Alpha & Beta classes for courses where you are the curriculum subject matter expert.

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Engineering preferred) or equivalent professional work experience.
✓6-9 years of experience in technical training course development.
✓Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of software developers, integrators, and system administrators.
✓Strong technical writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
✓Familiarity with system administration (Windows, Linux/UNIX), TCP/IP networking, load balancing, REST APIs, virtual/cloud machines, and network security concepts (SSL/TLS).
