Salary Range
$163,200 - $220,800 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers
- →Oversee the availability, latency, performance, and capacity of services within our FedRamp and DoD compliant environments
- →Manage a global on-call rotation using a follow-the-sun model and lead the incident response process
- →Drive the automation of infrastructure, build/release processes, and operations
- →Establish and maintain the Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program for the environment
- →Work with Product and Engineering teams to scope, plan, and execute on the SRE roadmap
- →Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure our services meet government compliance and security standards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering role, with at least 2 years in management
- ✓Hands-on experience participating in a regulated audit cycle (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD CC SRG)
- ✓Intimate knowledge of security and compliance controls, preferably from the NIST SP 800-53 framework
- ✓Expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- ✓Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and version control
- ✓Proficiency in a scripting or programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or Bash
- ✓A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
