About the Role
Ping Identity is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing to own and deliver ABM programs while building foundational strategy and best practices for scale. This role requires balancing day-to-day campaign execution with program development to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end execution of 1:1 ABM programs for Ping’s highest-value accounts
- →Build and execute orchestrated, multi-channel ABM programs spanning digital, sales-led, and non-digital channels
- →Develop 360-degree marketing plans in partnership with sales
- →Establish deep partnerships with sales leaders and account teams
- →Lead hands-on use of 6sense to identify in-market accounts and prioritize engagement
- →Design and build the foundational ABM operating model
- →Plan and execute account-specific ABM events
- →Build and own ABM measurement frameworks within Salesforce
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive account experiences
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years of hands-on ABM experience
- ✓Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on execution with building scalable strategy
- ✓Strong experience using 6sense or similar platforms
- ✓Proven experience executing high-touch ABM programs for enterprise accounts
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and ABM measurement
- ✓Ability to build deep partnerships with sales
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
