About the Role

PingWind is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead complex projects in the federal government sector. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain customer relationships leading to task orders competed on vehicle
→Serve as project leader to ensure timely completion of project task objectives
→Coordinate the transition from Project Development to Project Implementation to Project Completion
→Organize Team Resources, including Steering Committees, Project Teams and Work Groups, as needed
→Develop high-level project plans and achieve buy in on task responsibilities and timelines
→Define communications, issue management and scope management strategy
→Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans
→Develop and communicate appropriate project documentation
→Coordinate development and approval of requirements and design documentation
→Ensure team consensus of project completion and complete project close out documentation
→Support and communicate project status to team members and executive staff
→Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and integrity of institutional data
→Demonstrate ability to multi-task effectively

Requirements

✓Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in Research & Development Project Management, Clinical or Scientific Grants Management, Clinical or Research Federal programming field
✓Holder of current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
✓Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s Degree with fifteen years of experience)
