About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at tvScientific, a CTV advertising platform purpose-built for performance marketers. This role focuses on managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success on our cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts across various industries
→Launch, serve, and optimize campaigns for clients to ensure maximum ROI
→Engage in meaningful conversations with customers and agencies about digital media
→Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
→Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
→Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
→Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize client campaigns
→Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and industry insights
→Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
→Provide mentorship and support to junior account management team members

Requirements

✓Extensive experience (5+ years) in sales or account management in digital advertising or performance marketing
✓Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape
✓Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools
✓Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
✓Curious mindset with a propensity to ask questions and seek growth opportunities
