As a Sr. Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results for Pinterestβs largest strategic advertisers. Your expertise throughout the funnel will help you grow and nurture client relationships and guide them from awareness through to conversion and retention. Weβre looking for a Sr. Client Account Manager to help our most strategic partners successfully grow their business through Pinterest. Youβll work directly with some of our key advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business. Your strategic advice, analytical skills and sales skills are core to bringing to life the value we deliver as a platform.

What you'll do:
β’ Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven ad campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
β’ Build and maintain strategic partnerships, aligning with stakeholder goals across all funnel stages.
β’ Ensure accurate implementation of first-party data and campaign launches with cross-functional teams.
β’ Optimize media campaigns and audience targeting daily using various technologies and platforms.
β’ Deliver weekly campaign performance reporting and insights.
β’ Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement strategies.
β’ Provide exceptional client service through communication, issue resolution, and seamless execution.
β’ AI utilization: Understanding and testing of various tools & approaches to aid in meeting preparation, performance analysis and ultimately enable prioritize high impact outcomes with velocity.
β’ Simplify complex processes, upsell and pitch strategic solutions, and continuously improve campaigns.
What we're looking for:
β’ Proven experience managing and growing client accounts with data-driven strategies
β’ Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and technical media measurement
β’ Skilled at identifying client needs, communicating persuasive recommendations, and overcoming objections
β’ Ability to build and execute full-funnel sales strategies, driving adoption and conversions
β’ Excellent at managing multiple campaigns, tasks, and timelines simultaneously
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
β’ Growth mindset & open-mindedness to new techniques, skill development and AI-led workflows to drive success at scale across a diverse set of advertisers.
β’ Experience working with clients in Beauty/Personal/Household and/or Food& Beverage is a bonus
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
