About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Business Analyst to help translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for our clients at Pivotal Health. This role sits at the intersection of Client Success, Finance, and Product, analyzing performance data to demonstrate ROI and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate client data into meaningful insights by analyzing operational and financial data to help clients understand performance trends and cash flow outcomes
- →Deliver ROI-driven analysis for client conversations by building clear analyses that quantify value and support high-stakes discussions
- →Support Client Success with data-backed storytelling by developing polished analyses and presentations
- →Model financial outcomes and projections by building financial models and cash flow projections
- →Investigate and resolve complex data questions by analyzing issues and validating outcomes
- →Identify patterns and generate actionable insights by recognizing recurring client questions and translating them into dashboards
- →Partner cross-functionally to surface insights by working closely with Client Success, Product, and internal teams
- →Build analytical leverage for the Client Success team by creating reusable analyses, frameworks, and tools
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, business operations, or another highly analytical role
- ✓Advanced Excel skills with strong comfort working with financial or operational data
- ✓Strong data storytelling skills to translate analysis into clear insights and compelling narratives
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and solving problems without fully defined answers
- ✓Curious, proactive, and low-ego, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
