About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join Plaid's Network Partnerships organization. This role involves working with financial institution partners to drive product innovation and financial freedom for consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead multiple strategic relationships with our largest financial institution partners
- →Create and own the priorities and strategy for our engagement with financial institutions
- →Partner with internal and external teams to execute on strategy and goals
- →Cultivate and deepen relationships with key stakeholders within financial institutions
- →Support financial institutions on their digital transformation journey
- →Be an expert on Plaid’s technology and product offerings
- →Help define our strategy for transforming Plaid’s position in the financial services industry
- →Serve as the escalation point for business and technical incidents
- →Help uncover additional opportunities aligned with our FI partnership strategy
Requirements
- ✓6-10+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, or business operations
- ✓Experience managing external relationships and executing strategies
- ✓Excellent project management and communication skills
- ✓Ability to understand technical and product concepts
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills with deductive and inductive reasoning
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams
- ✓Ability to work under pressure and navigate unexpected roadblocks
