About the Role

Planet Technologies is seeking a M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant to support impactful projects that make a difference for our country. In this role, you will help customers succeed in their adoption and digital transformation journey with Microsoft Co-Pilot.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute OCM projects to deploy Microsoft Copilot
→Strategize change by identifying best options for communications and training
→Build and share knowledge about Copilot implementation
→Educate end-users, champions, and stakeholders
→Measure the success of the transition or transformation
→Adjust plans to target specific needs
→Design and implement change management plans
→Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams
→Provide documentation and leadership for Copilot deployment

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in OCM practices
✓Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
✓Demonstrated expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365
✓Expertise working with enterprise customers
✓PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification
✓Design and creative skills for communication
✓Experience delivering user research and post-implementation reviews
✓Ability to problem solve efficiently
✓Ability to work on site in the DC Metro area as needed
✓Secret Clearance preferred
✓Must be able to share examples of previous deployment efforts
