About the Role
Plaud Inc. is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their team. This role focuses on managing user lifecycle phases from post-acquisition onboarding to renewal or win-back, with accountability for user outcomes and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a core lifecycle phase end-to-end, with accountability for user outcomes and business impact
- →Define lifecycle strategy and hypotheses by identifying target user behaviors and setting success metrics
- →Design, sequence, and lead experimentation across automation, segmentation, messaging, timing, and triggers
- →Translate lifecycle data into decisions, diagnosing drop-offs and adjusting strategy based on evidence
- →Set execution standards and guide specialists, reviewing work and mentoring execution talent
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
- ✓Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or MoEngage
- ✓Strong analytical capability, comfortable working with funnel analysis and cohort behavior
- ✓Experience operating in global or multi-market environments
- ✓Clear, decisive communicator with an ownership mindset
