About the Role
Plaud Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to join their team and contribute to building the next generation intelligence infrastructure and interfaces. This role involves designing complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile.
- →Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch.
- →Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.
- →Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability.
- →Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, AI, or platforms).
- ✓Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- ✓Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive user experiences.
- ✓Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written).
- ✓Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.
