Deadline is adding an Account Manager to our staff in our Los Angeles offices. We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, who prides themselves on being a team-player and is always willing to learn. The ideal candidate will have an immense attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and works well under pressure to meet multiple deadlines. Strong MS Office, data entry and organizational skills are a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
β’ Liaise with Ad Operations and Digital Support teams on all Deadline and GoldDerby digital campaigns.
β’ Responsibilities include but not limited to:
β’ Manage all client communications post-sale
β’ Create workflow using internal systems to manage campaigns
β’ Answer basic specs and campaign questions, while working with our internal AdOps team on any complex technical questions
β’ Collect all clients' creative assets and provide to AdOps in time for trafficking deadlines
β’ Create screenshot decks
β’ Create post campaign reporting and recap decks
β’ Complete agency RFP requests/spec sheets
β’ Other coordinating/planning duties as requested
Desired Skills/Background
β’ 2+ years of digital sales planning experience
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple internal departments, all levels of the business, and external clients/agencies
β’ Strong writing and editing skills
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
β’ Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time within a fast-paced environment
β’ Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
β’ Salesforce, Jira and Airtable experience are a plus
β’ Adaptable to change

A good faith estimate of the salary range is $70,500k upon hire.
